Wheeling Center, West Virginia
Mount St. Mary, Wichita Kansas
CSJ Initiatives sponsors and Manages CSJI-Tiffin, a continuum care center in Tiffin, Ohio
CSJ Initiatives sponsors two low-income senior housing properties:
Dillon Hall, Kalamazoo, Michigan
Sheridan Village, Wichita, Kansas
CSJ Initiatives also provides management services for:
The Caritas Center, Kansas
Villa Maria, Kansas
Maria Court, Kansas
CSJ Initiatives becomes the sole or joint venture sponsor and manager of the property. CSJ Initiatives would provide all neccessary support and services to operate the facility on a day-to-day basis.
CSJ Initiatives enters into a management agreement to assist with the day-to-day operations of the property. CSJ Initiatives does not take a sponsorship role in the property, however, access to operational support is provided as part of the agreement.
CSJ Initiatives would be contracted to help navigate decisions in planning the future of the property. Once the specifics of the service agreement are completed, the responsibilities of CSJ Initiatives would end.
